How We Helped the Neighborhood of Play Grow: From Empty Spaces to Fully Booked in 3 Months
In just 3 months, we’ve nearly doubled the following for the Neighborhood of Play social media accounts—and the results speak for themselves. This vibrant community is home to The Strong National Museum of Play, VIDA Townhomes and Apartments, a variety of exciting retail businesses, and the Hampton Inn—home of the popular Lila’s in Lobby. Through our strategic social media management, we’ve been able to achieve the following:
Built brand awareness for the entire neighborhood, creating a cohesive and engaging online presence that highlights everything this exciting area has to offer.
Increased visitors to The Strong Museum, attracting families, tourists, and locals alike.
Sold hotel rooms at the Hampton Inn, positioning it as the go-to spot for out-of-town guests.
Rented out retail and residential spaces for VIDA—helping to fill over 10 residential units and 4 retail spaces in just 3 months.
When we first started, VIDA had 10 residential units and 4 retail spaces available. Now? Only 2 apartments and 1 retail space remain. All of this achieved through smart social media marketing that drives results, builds relationships, and brings people in.
At ROC Local, we believe in impactful, results-driven content—and the success of the Neighborhood of Play is proof that a well-executed strategy can move the needle.
